Stayed here for one night. As everyone has mentioned, very close to all the major sights, albeit in a fairly dirty and noisy part of town. It is across the road from the shell petrol station where all the taxis congregate, so it was really noisy as we had a room facing the street. Directly outside the hotel is pretty grotty as well.
The decor is nothing to rave about, but the twin room I had was simple and clean. The heating worked very well (was very cold weather in feb), the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot. Wifi was avaliable throughout the hotel.
Staff were ok. Not friendly, but responsive enough and spoke good english.
Breakfast was included and consisted of a variety of breads, pastries, yogurt, a white thin gruel and omelette. Tea, coffe and watered down orange juice was also avaliable.
I would not recommend this hotel or stay in it again - there are better parts of rabat to stay for the same price.
