The hotel is decent enough and fairly clean. Met the General Manager, on the second day - he seemed friendly, and offered to fix any issues we may have had. This being said, most of the staff are incredibly lazy. I've asked to fix my shower for 4 days and never saw anyone. My colleague asked to change a light bulb in his room - 4 days later, nobody showed up.
Beware - the beds are EXTREMELY hard, and if you don't feel like sleeping on a wooden board, ask them for a foam liner - it helps a little bit. The GM says it's a big problem, and he's working on it.
