We are travelling internationally for already over 30 year but we have never had such a experience of luxury and customer focus as we had at Lebua.

With hotel- and restaurant designs that top about all we have ever witnessed, our stay has reached the top 10 list in one go and the Lebua has made it straight into the number 1 position. We will be back.

We for sure will be back as soon as we can and we have already shared our experiences with a large group of people (business and private) and everyone is very much exited to stay with Lebua when they come to Bangkok.

Please keep up the good work and we here would like to express a special Kop Kun Kap to “Lek”, the great assistant Manager at Breeze who has added so much value to our again far too short last evening at the Breeze. She is great, very well mannered, she has high social competences, she is positively extrovert and thus she is sharing interesting information on the hotel, the restaurants and its surrounding (e.g. fireworks, Loy Kratong) and she give culinary advices no one can ever refuse (we also couldn't). She is simply great and she is a great role model for many out there.

In general we must underline that all of the staff at Lebua is doing an absolute great job. They make one feel a true guest and everyone we faced is polite, willing to help and assist and they all are very much competent in their specific fields of responsibilities.

By the way, for those travelling for business as well (as we were): also the business center is a great centre of business. Getting documents printed, getting copies, having send documents per fedEx. Never was there any question mark in their eyes. They just did their job as if it was our office back home. So also a big compliment to the business centre Team.

The night we spent at Sirocco was in one word faaaaabbboooouuuullllooouuuuus. That says it all. The architectural structure, the lighting, the staff, the food (really great, also for our daugther it was simple great), the music, the view it all topped all we had every seen before. That was a true wow-experience and we thank the whole of the Lebua Team for being what they are and what they stand for.

Simply the best place in town!!

My wife and I only stayed one night in the Lebua and found ourselves wanting to stay more.
We chose the hotel directly due to the reviews on Tripadvisor and were not disappointed.
We would highly recommend the BMW transfers from the airport, this service was lovely and really set the scene for our stay.
The service was outstanding from start to finish. If you want to feel special then the Lebua is your place.
We had dinner in the breeze restaurant and found the setting and food to be amazing. Our only one ask of the Lebua would be to provide a non smoking area for the restaurant as we seemed to be surrounded by smokers.
The breakfast service selection was beautifully laid out and a delight to eat.
The suits are very nice and way exceeded any other 5 start hotel we have stayed in in Bangkok.
However the thing that really takes your breath away is the view at night from your room or restaurant.
The restaurants have a dress code, men would feel underdressed in anything less than shirt and trousers, and the ladies eating there were all in dresses.
We would highly recommend the Lebua and will be back ourselves in eleven weeks for a long stay next time.

I come to Bangkok on hoilday in May. My travel agent recommend Lebua for two night stay in the city. Once I enter hotel, I find the lobby very beautiful. The staff know my name and call me by name always for two days. I don't wait at lobby for check in but go to room directly. The suite is very spacious and the view from balcony is great!!. The suite has small kitchen where I cook myself one day. Only thing i dislike is waiting for lifts in evening.I love the pool and the fitness centre. The staff are very caring.The hotel is really Five Star.

My boyfriend and I spent 2 nights at Lebua back in January 2007. The staff is amazing. Right from the beginning they came out to greet us and help us with our luggage. They helped us book tours and dinner reservations as well. We loved the welcome chocolates! And the VIEW from the top! It is truly amazing. If dinner is too expensive for you atleast go up to the roof bar for drinks. We felt like royalty.
