Stayed at the Lebua in Oct 2007 and I have nothing bad to say about the place whatsoever.

It is by far the best hotel experience I have ever had and have already booked another stay for this year.

Sirocco is something else!!! The best alfresco dining experience you will ever have, although it may also be one of your most expensive experiences too! But its worth every penny. I almost wish they restricted access to the skybar to hotel guests only, as it can be really busy.

Overall, a fantastic hotel to stay in.

We spent 4 nights at Lebua on our way to Phuket and I love, love, loved it!! Check in was in our suite and was smooth and effortless. The suite was a great size with stunning views of the river.
The staff were fantastic and made you felt like royalty, I can't praise the hotel highly enough! Food was delicious, views were great, breakfast buffet had an amazing selection and all of the F&B outlets and hotel facilities were superb.
My only grumble is that we got stung in the seafood restaurant - we ordered 2 glasses of the house champagne and were asked if we wanted a half bottle instead. We thought, why not, but when we got the bill we found it had cost us just over £100 for a half bottle!!! It kind of ruined the meal quite frankly which was a shame as it was stunning.
All in all though - I can't fault Lebua.

Absolutely loved my stay. the room was very well furnished and huge with a living area. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and always smiling. Rather convenient as it is near the highway and taxis are always on stand-by. Buffet breakfasts are also amazing offering a wide variety of great food to start the day off! A very nice hotel, not to mention the great bar on top, definitely a must to visit the bar and to stay in this hotel!

I was amazed to have booked this hotel for a really good price through expedia. We stayed here for 3 nights, this was our 2nd visit to Bangkok and we loved Lebua. The rooms have everything you should desire, great spacious bathrooms, really comfortable bed, and a lounge area. Kitchen facilities are provided, but they not designed for cooking anything too intricate. The decorations in the room were simple but well thought out and elegant

I would recommend paying for a river view suite, ours was on the 57th floor and the view was superb. Staff was very useful and polite.

Lebua largely contributed to us having a very enjoyable time in Bangkok.
