Absolutely horrible experience. This hotel and its staff are now geared toward grabbing every penny they can from you, while offering no service whatsoever. They don't know where anything is- they don't have access to minivans- the front desk clerk hadn't even heard of such a thing. They offer no input nor support, which I believe is an essential part of running a decent hotel. If you stay here, you'll be completely isolated, and will receive no suggestions as to what to do or where to go. They insult you- their last words were to ask me if I had paid for $1 bag of cashews, after staying there a week and a half, as they as they asked me to wait while they checked the room (to make sure I hadn't stolen their telephone, I suppose).
I bumped into two other people who had the same experience as I: given HORRIBLE, dirty rooms, with cigarette burns on the carpets, and simply filthy. Had to fight my way up the ladder until I finally got a semblance of what had been promised. Website says "exclusive internet service", while they mean to say "excludes internet service." Website is so filled with options, you can't decipher what you're paying for- probably intentional, as they are upfront about nothing.
Breakfast was barely edible- only a little lousy white bread and old fruit. Overcharged for laundry service on final bill- check their totals carefully!
This place is barely servicable, and is only directed toward making and saving every penny they can, while clients suffer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP! You'd be more comfortable in one f the food carts out front!
