I was a walk in customer because the phone number listed on their website was invalid. I was attracted by the low price and the seemingly pleasant rooms(from the photos). The aircon double was full so I took the fan double since my mate and I were very tired from a 10hour bus ride from Chiang Mai and didn't want to walk any further to look for rooms.
I wasn't expecting a hotel kind of standard but the condition of the room I was given was atrocious. The room was very cramped, barely enough space to put my backpacks, the ''double bed'' looked more like a single bed, broken window panes, slimy shower head and horror of horrors- bedbugs and aggressive mosquitoes!
My mate and I slept with the lights on throughout the night because there was no screen to keep the mosquitoes out and despite that I had no less than 15 mosquito bites. A bedbug was found crawling on the bed before we wanted to sleep. Out of sheer exhaustion, we finally dozed off- fitfully though. In the midst of my sleep I heard a clicking sound and saw that the curtain was off the hook and on further examination we found that the nail keeping the curtain on was bent, meaning to say the curtain was forcefully pulled off and not dropped off.
I stayed only for one night because I dont think it's fit to stay any longer and I will never return there ever again! By the way the room assigned to us was room 228.
