Stayed for one night before leaving Bangkok.

Hotel is very tastefully decorated. Room was very clean but a bit small. It had a fridge, DVD player and cable TV (but with small number of channels).
Staff were really friendly and hospitable. They gave us free tea and arranged a taxi for us in the morning.

Location-wise it's not far from Asok Sky Train / Metro but you can find more central hotels for not that much more money. You do get a good night's sleep though as it's very quiet.

On balance I would recommend this guesthouse.

Fabulous hotel- close to subway.
I booked bc of prior reviews and I agree the staff is amazing so helpful- kept our bags for the day. English/American Breakfast was nice-included options and in a cute little area, would have loved to try the wine bar prices looked reasonable. We stayed here the last day of our honeymoon between flights- taxi drivers are lazy and didn't read the map right because the directions the hotel gave in Thai were clear. Staff recommended great outdoor eating for dinner. Room was simple but nice had freg with very reasonable priced food, big bathroom, free internet in lobby which was nice, movie rentals in lobby -DVD player in room. AC worked well and felt very safe. If returned would definitely stay -right price too

We stayed at Baan Sukhumvit Inn over the week end. We arrived at 2.30 a.m and they only charged us for just two nights instead of 3 nights. The place is very close to the main road, within walking distance to the skytrains, and all the cafes and bars in sumkhumvit area. We got decent breakfast and free wifi connection. The room is small, but clean and nice. The highlight is the helpful and friendly staffs. A bit difficult to find the place, though, because it is located in the small alley, but you will be able to sleep without all the noise from the main road. It is a good value of money, very recommended.
