My name is Mohsin Khan. I have spent 1 day here with my wife on 1st Oct '13.
I wanted early check in so they gave me twin bed and no hot water that was the only worst thing. But more important thing was they gave me early check in so I am thankful to them. Rooms are nice, comfortable beds, nice hotel, very good location near the best shopping area of Bangkok and 5 minutes walk to indira market, patunam road, platinum mall and all other shopping place. Very good service, good facilities and modern rooms but rooms are little dark that is why looks little old.

Overall, we feel satisfy with our staying experience in this hotel although it is quite a long walking distance from central shopping area, such as Platinum Fashion Mall and Central World. We booked a family room through Agoda.com for occupation of 3 person and all of us get buffet breakfast, which we think other hotels might not have such offer. The buffet breakfast is quite nice but menu remains almost the same everyday. Hopefully this could be improved. Daily room cleaning service is excellent. We would like to suggest for a water dispenser to be placed in the hotel due to two bottles of drinking water provided everyday are never enough for travellers, especially in hot weather.

We were offered this hotel by the Floathouse Hotel as it has the same owners and we were returning to Bangkok late and leaving early the next day. We were left on the wrong side of the road and the hotel is down a dark lane. The room was clean. Breakfast ordinary. Eating options in the evening close by are also very ordinary. It is not an expensive hotel so you do get what you pay for. Next time I will go a little more up market even for a brief overnight stay.

Room tip: Request a room away from the stairs as all hallways are tiled and noisy.

Stayed for 4day3night. If u can't find a place for meal, you can try their Bistro food .The food were nice. The lift were small. Not all the Taxi driver know this hotel so if u booked this hotel remember to print out the address in Thai language or a map.
It is some distance to the mall. The toilet door lock in our room were spoil and the water tap in my friend room were spoil too..
If you plan to buy baggage , you can go Indra mall ,there selling the baggage with cheap price.Don't eat at the food court in Indra mall. you might get disappointed .
Indra mall(Watson's & McDonald is at the side of the mall) is the nearest to the hotel. Just walk out of soi12 and turn left walk straight and pass the train station you will see the mall across the road. Get a map from the hotel so u can get to the other mall ( Central world 30min-45min walk , Platinum 20min walk , MBK 40min - 50min walk...etc) Those mall got a skywalk bridge linked together.
You can easily get a taxi outside of the hotel. The room service take some time and the food too. The room were clean and they wifi with different password . Remember to ask for your wifi paper code from reception if you want to get connected =)

Room tip: Almost all the room are the same. Just with or without balcony or you want the room to link to another room you can just ask the reception to arrange for you.

Stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience there. We arrived late in the evening/early for a new day but we are welcomed ok by the receptionist. The staff are very friendly and always are helpful. The room is clean. Food is superb. It could be improved if they change the menu of the buffet breakfast. The place is quiet and provides quality of sleep. The location is just minutes of walk from the Ratchaprarong Station and some shopping markets.
i'd definitely stay here again when i visit Bangkok in the future.
