Stayed here in March 2010. Most things were good and what you'd expect from similar quality hotels. We couldn't adjust the heating and as it was still winter, we were told we couldn't have the air con on. So it was boiling in the room, while it was cold outside. Also they don't replace the tea/coffee supplies daily. If you want more, they charge you for it.
The breakfasts were a great way to start the day, - fill up on coffee, etc. The location was great for exploring. Easy walk (up hill) to the Blue Mosque. We walked to the grand bazaar and Hagia Sophia. Overall a fantastic location to see old Istanbul.
