This hotel is seriously deluded in thinking that it is 5 star. I had stayed in better rooms in youth hostels. the window did not have a curtain, the shower leaked, the overall cleanliness was lacking, security safe was not fixed properly inside the cupboard. It was also dark and stuffy. An abandoned suitcase was in the cupboard, when this was pointed out to the bellboy he made no effort to remove it. A very palatial foyer does not a good hotel make. The return to this hotel (part of a tour package) was little better, although requesting a better room did produce a more comfortable result, although still not clean. If you can't avoid staying here then make sure you don't get an internal room (hot, stuffy and dark) and avoid room 336 at all costs. Its a real shame because this hotel has a great location, close to everything.
