the rooms are good. clean, large, good bathrooms.
and the rooms are important to me.. (as they should be to anyone).
so, they get a HIGH SCORE for the rooms.
I stayed here for about 6 days (about 4 years ago)
but the rest of the hotel is a bit of a shambles!!
location is in the middle of a busy intersection of main roads.
front desk are average.
the restaurant is bland. no decoration. like a hotel function room with dining tables.
food was ok.
i didnt realise that this is a 'religious' hotel so the lifts go into "Automatic Mode" on saturdays. they stop on every single floor all day long. really annoying.
also: I noticed that they turned off many electric devices and wouldnt give change on saturday for internet... BUT they are happy to accept new guests and check them in! it seems a bit of a double standard.
other than that, its a nice hotel..
Jerusalem is really cool... the old places, the 4-quarters, the wall, the history. its really all very interesting ;)
