More of a hostel, really, and a bit run down but kept clean and you can get a self-contained room really cheap (25JD for a self-contained single, breakfast included). It's centrally located amidst various souqs and restaurants, and within walking distance of the Citadel and the Roman Theater. There's free wifi, but I don't like how it's only in the lounge, where people can (and do) smoke. This is indicative more of Jordanian culture, however, where smoking in public places is still allowed, and not particular to the hotel.
They have good added services like affordable tours and airport transfers. I've stayed there twice in the past year and will probably stay there again on upcoming visits.
