I came with my 8 month old and husband for a weekend umrah trip.
We arrived an hour before check in. My husband tried to check us in early to no avail. However, we noticed that other people were getting checked in (it was mainly women who were standing in line and checking their family in.) My husband asked me to try to check us in as this might be the trick. I went up to the counter and the men behind the counter were trying to get overly friendly in their conversation. Regardless, we got a hotel room within minutes of a WOMAN having to ask.
It doesnt have basic ammenities:
No crib for my infant
No clock to tell the time. You had to go by the adhaan to figure out what time it is.
It has a stove but has no pans.
I think the only nice thing is the location but thats about it.
Tell the woman to do the check in, but keep the men behind the counter in check.
