We brought our own mask and snorkel which we would suggest you do if at all possible. We snorkelled 4 different tours (different islands) during this trip and we found that although the masks and snorkels provided by the tour operators were ok we always heard complaints from others about masks that didn't quite fit right (letting water in and/or fogging up even with anti fog stray). Fins and wet suits were provided on this tour and both fit fine. We really appreciated the wet suits for buoyancy as the waters were very rough and felt a bit chilly after an hour in the water. Due to the water conditions it was more strenuous than previous snorkel experiences - a couple of people in our group had to go back to the boat after 1/2 hour. We saw sharks and lots of fish and even water snakes - overall a good snorkel experience. Lunch was not provided nor was it purchasable on board or at the island. Pick up something before you reach the boat (the market close to the boat has very little for a picnic lunch).
