We spent over an hour at the reception waiting for our reservation to be sorted, as they couldn't find it. We then decided to cancel it and find another hotel to stay for the night, but then we were told that we would be charged anyway - so we stayed. The bedroom was tiny and the mattress so hard. it's well located near the metro station and cheap, but i wouln't go back there!!
