We stayed 2 nights in this hotel in Hong Kong. The location was excellent. Walking distance to major tourist areas and subway.
The rooms were tiny and the beds were slightly hard (which is too be expected), but left much to be desired. We were on a high floor and had a nice view, but some of our friends (we traveled in a group of 8) did not. Also, we were checked into a non-smoking floor, but all of our rooms were smoky to one degree or another.
There is a pool and breakfast buffet, but we didn't get the chance to check out either. We preferred to go out for dim sum brunch both days.
The one downfall was the absolutely horrible customer service, by one employee in particular - Ken. Stay away from him. For some reason we were given rooms with 2 twins, and were easily able to change those to queen rooms although it was a bit of a hassle. But, due to some miscommunication error between the tour company and hotel, we were only given 7 breakfast vouchers instead of 8 and the hotel was less than helpful, in getting this fixed. We never did get this fixed. It wasn't quite the customer service that we're used to in America. We hoped they give us the voucher and work it out with the tour company. We had the tour company's phone number and offered to wait while they called, or let us call but they would have none of that and were quite rude about it.
But, if you're looking for a moderately priced hotel in Hong Kong and don't need it to be super luxurious, this is the place for you.
