I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times. The location is a little off the beaten path, however the Tram rides to Central/Happy Valley/Causeway Bay are a nice way to start the day.
The rooms have always been very spacious by Hong Kong standards, as well as clean and functional. The rooms higher up facing the harbor have the best views over the harbor – as facing the buildings at the back of the hotel is not so spectacular.
The hotel is not so far from the Macau Ferry Terminal for a day trip, and it is close to lots of nice small restaurants serving tasty local style dishes.
The streets around the Ramada are also interesting to browse with their variety of dried sea-foods and other traditional medicine products - some controversial.
Wireless internet is available, but not free.
