I didn't stay at the hotel, but I went to the Spa 3 times while I was in Jakarta for my 3 months stay. The first two experience were very good. I was put in a couple's room because I went there with my husband. The couple room has a private jacuzzy, swimming pool and shower. The third experience was horrible. Since I went alone this time, I was booked in single room that shares public facilities with the locker room. The locker room is very nice. It has a lounging area, shower stalls, hot and cold jacuzzis, and complete amenities. Unfortunately, the treatment room was so loud with the sound of broken plumbing. Although the staff tried to accomodate me to a different room, but the noise was still present. It wasn't a pleasant and relaxing feeling. After finishing with the treatment, I was going to relax in the public Ladies' locker room. While I was going to the shower (half naked), there were two boys in the age around 4-8 year olds riding mini bikes with their two baby sitters!! They were loud and the nannies kept chasing them down. The mother was oblivious about this. So I complained the the front desk about this. I've paid to get nice relaxing time and treatment, and the management should've reviewed its policy regarding the minor or children (opossite sex) entering the locker faciliy. The manager's comments? "The mothers are usually don't know where to put the children, therefore they need to bring them inside the locker room!" For what I can see is, there were two nannies and a nice garden outside the spa facilities....I was very dissapointed with the non-challant management attitude.
