The check in staff is rude, very rude. I arrived in the afternoon and wanted to use the w/o facilities, they refused until I checked in and would be charged by the hour. They will not hold your bags until you are ready to check in. You go down to the main level and check them for a few dollars. then wanderthe airport, shop or go into town. Be sure you have your outbound boarding pass if you go into town or they will not let you back into the hotel. I return at my appointed time of check-in and they had lost my reservation between the time I stoped in at 3 PM and 8 PM. After I produced the pre paid receipt they magically found the reservation. The room was spartan at best. I asked for an interior room to avoid the noise but to no avial as the planes rattled the mirrors from 10 PM to 2 AM. When I rose at 5 AM for my flight, no hot water. You have to step down into the shower/bathroom area and invariably stub your toe. I let the water run for five minutes, it went from Ice cold to at best 60's. When I checked out I informed them of the situation and asked for compensation. They asked why I didn't call. Yea right I am going to call you while in the buff and have you check the water. They then proceeded to argue when I was trying to go to check in for my flight. A desk attendant allegedly went to the room and said there was hot water which was BS. I told them I didn't have time to argue and again requested compensation as the water was not at a temp I could take a shower. As an active athlete I swim in water colder than what was coming out of the tap and shower head. To no avial they stood their ground and looked at me like I had two heads. What ever happened to the customer is right-not at this dump. Avoid this place like the plague. Spend the money and stay at the Sheraton at the airport.
Don't stay here. The rooms are not sound proof and you will hear jets taking off and landing al...
