We found this place on the internet and stayed there three nights. We walked right in (April) and got $65/night for a double with queen bad. The outside of the hotel looks a little run down but it's much nicer inside. Clean rooms. We had a great view of the lake. It's not super close to downtown but the buses and taxis/colectivos are very cheap.
