I had a day to spend in Lima by myself and found this tour on Tripadvisor so I decided to take the morning Bay tour. There was only me, another couple and the guide, Jose. The tour took us up the coast, stopping at some points of interest so Jose could explain the sites. Towards the end of the tour we stopped at this small bodega/eatery for a sandwich and coke and just relax and enjoy the moment. I enjoyed my bike tour so much I decided to go on the afternoon city tour. This time it was just me and the guide, JP. JP was so friendly it seemed like I was biking around the city with a friend more than being just on a tour. Afterwards Jose and JP offered a map of highlights not covered on the tour if I wanted to venture on my own and other advice. This is a wonderful, small company ran by extremely nice people and I wish them the best!

JP gave me a great Bay tour and I enjoyed seeing Miraflores, Barranco and Chorillos. I would definitely do another tour with Bike Tours of Lima. Great job guys!!!

My husband and I had about 20 hours in Lima on the end of our 2 week adventure in Peru. I was not necessarily looking forward to spending the day in this city since I had not heard great things about it. The bike tour totally changed my mind! We did the Bay Tour and it was a blast. It was easy riding, beautiful scenery, a great guide (Juan Pablo) and an overall great way to spend the morning. They make you very comfortable and take care of your safety as well as making sure you have fun!

We took two tours - the neighborhood tour of Miraflores, Barranco and Chorillios on 7/7/09 and the urban tour on 7/13/09. Jose and Juan Pablo were great guides and very nice people to spend a few hours with. Both are very safety conscious and interesting. The bikes and helmets are in great shape. Definitely the highlight of our time in Lima.
