My friend and I just got back from Peru. We absolutely loved our time in the Cusco area and trekking through the Andes and visiting Machu Picchu. But in Lima, what we loved most was this cooking class. Yurac and Christian taught us to prepare delicious, legitimately local cuisine. They explained to us each step and the why's of what we were doing. They talked about how we could source the ingredients back in the States. I've always thought cebiche, fish cooked in citrus juice, was a bit odd. But it was great! The flavor, texture, and presentation was wonderful. The others in our class said they'd had quite a bit while in Peru, and that the SkyKitchen cebiche was the best. I don't doubt it. So go for it. You won't regret it!!!
