I've been in that amazing hotel for a business trip with my co-workers, what can I say - I am in love with "Europe"! It was just unbelivable! Yes, it is the most expensive hotel in the city, but if you know the price of the high quality and that it can never bee cheep - believe me, it is worth the money you spend there! You will not find anywhere in Minsk that atmosphere that "Europe" has - never! it has the style, respect, perfection, it is just amazing how they managed to combine luxury and just simple home -like cozy atmosphere! outstanding service (the employees do their job perfectly well!). For business people (and I guess for any othe people coming for whatever reason) - perfect: quite, perfect location and wonderful lobby and restaurant and conference facilities! (we used one hall for the meeting).
Speaking about the other thing, I am really a wimp about the things around me - everything must be really clean, not just look clean -BE clean - so there (and i was surprised as i stayed in some other hotels in Minsk) it is perfectly clean, looks like it is brand new! and it is not! it was open 2 years ago - WOW, yes guys! GOOD JOB!
So to cut the long story short - just the BEST: atmosphere, design, room size, location, service, food etc! If you know your price, you deserve that treat :)) Enjoy! You will love it!

I just got back from a surprise weekend trip to Minsk with my husband; he just knows how much I love Minsk. One of the many wonderful surprises he had in store for me on this perfect weekend was booking the hotel Europe, as I have always wanted to stay here. It was an amazing experience! Our room was very modern, spacious and had a huge bathroom. The view from our room was just spectacular –hotel is located straight in the city centre, close to the old part of the city. Service was great. If you’ve been in Minsk before you probably noticed that people are wonderful but in the hotels, restaurants and bars quality of service is not the best, you will be lucky to get a smile and don’t expect to hear hello or goodbye. Hotel Europe proved us wrong - our outstanding memory will be of the staff - helpful, knowledgeable and anticipating our every wish. Front desk girls were so brilliant, check in and check out took us less than 5 min and they were delighted to answer any of our questions. Oksana, front office manager, speaks perfect English and has a great sense of humour; she always has a smile on her face. Hotel’s restaurant was quite an experience. The waiters were wonderful and attentive. The food was nice and delicately presented. Bar service was outstanding, great cocktails and selection of wine. Overall we had such a great time that we are already planning our next trip to Minsk and you know where we will be staying :) If you want a bit of luxury and relaxation – this hotel is a perfect choice. I would recommend this hotel for a romantic week-end or business trip, as the location is spot on.

Presently Hotel Europe is the best Hotel in Minsk, far better than the 2 - 3* Hotel Minsk. Hotel Europe offers international 4* standard at 5* prices. The Hotel is clean and new - but quite cold styled. The rooms are quite big, the breakfast nicely arranged and there's always enough hot water (in contrast to Hotel Minsk), even at high floors.

L'Europe is an brandnew hotel in the centre of Minsk. Architecture fits to the old place where it is located.

Staff is more than friendly, rooms are spacy and quite. Nice furnished and elegant bath installation, European standard.

Was very surprised about the price: I booked direct at the reception per telephone, the receptionist asked for 265,-Euro (Sigle room, includes breakfast, no booking charge!). Staff speaks Russian and English as well.

Breakfast did not try because I was to long in the music pub in the night before (200m away from the hotel - nice location). Will only stay there in the future.

Losik
