It's a bar, not really a restaurant, so if we think of it as what it really is then I would rate it as excellent. Fantastic happy hour with all drinks half price and all starters. It's yummy greasy pub food, exactly what I expect in such a place. We sat outside, and had no problem with the service. Fantastic waitress! we (four of us), shared the cheese steak stogie, the sliders, tiger bites which are battered and fried corned beef, and the buffalo tenders, after the all that heart attack food and drink no one became sick. Which should tell you something! I can't rate their dinner menu or the place outside of happy hour.
