I arrived was around 2pm and when to the reception and requested them to exchange a £20 note, they told me they don't do exchange, i told them i need to pay the taxi, can you keep the £20 and give 20 Euros and later after i do the exchange i will give the money back, but nothing. One i had sorted with the taxi i when to checkin, they took my passport and told me they will keep it, now the problem in Kososvo is anything u need doing u need the passport bcz they will need to have a copy, so finally they let me have my passport back, then a room was given to me for 70Euros, now mind you they are consider 5 Star hotel, the decor is totally outdated and poorly look after, when i got to the roo, for my surprise in a hot country like Kosovo no AC in the room. I couldn't believe my eye when i saw the poor quality of bed, toilet, even the power sockets had few of them out, when the only good thing about this hotel is the location and internet service, ironically i used the hotel internet to look for a better hotel next and moved first thing in the morning. Before i forget i never ever have seen such a horrendous room key chain in my life, literally the key chain of the room would weight 2 to 3 kilos, if u think i am exaggerating go and see for yourself.
