The hotel is located in the centralized area of Deira Dubai. It is pretty close to the shopping centers and Dubai itself. It has tons of restaurants surrounding it too. The hotel itself is very good. The food served is pretty good and service is Excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious and tidy. Note though that there's only 1 restaurant and 1 cafe in the hotel. The gym is quite decent too.

It was a wounderful stay at star metro deira, hotel as are a lot in Dubai but it is very impressive. It does not have a beach location and is sited on an extremely busy area of deira dubai.

I have to say I was surprised on arrival to get a welcome drink with 2 porters to help us with our cases . The check-in however was very smooth we stayed in One Bedrooms Suite,the room was very very nice, spacious, with a very large bed, sofa, table, TV tea and coffee, fridge and plenty of wardrobe / drawer space and also safe deposit locker The bathroom was absolutely beautiful, huge walk-in shower, bath, marble vanity sink etc. all in pristine condition the view from the window however was non-existent and all that we faced was an adjoining beautiful shopping mall that is reff mall . The room was also quite dark even with all the lights on. Next morning we had a breakfast star gourment in the hotel was superb all cooked to perfection and even though buffet it was all hot and the scrambled eggs.which looked very pleasant although as our stay was only three days

We where offerd lunch on complimentry basis on our second day by the hotel manager it was mouth whistling buffet mixe of arabic and international causines.

I would definitely go back to Dubai and would use the star metro and stay for 2 weeks if I were not intending a beach holiday. I think it is more suited really for people staying in Dubai for business.

We were so impressed with the hotel services and facilitys we are looking into possibly visit next year again.
