Where do I start with is....
I stayed at this hotel in March of 2012 for 3 nights on business having booked on Lastminute.com.
The hotel lifts have a crazy security system to prevent access between floors, forcing guests to return to the lobby each time. Not convenient when you and your colleagues are spread across a 50 floor building. I was also waiting for a lift up to 10mins at a time.
The room was spacious and clean, though the bath room was dated and small.
No bottled water provided in the room.
The breakfast was appalling, even by Holiday Inn standards.
The real kick in the teeth came after I had got home and checked my credit card statement. The hotel had taken my card details for security on the room and had double charged me for the room (having already paid through Lastminute). Ok, no drama. I'll call the hotel I thought. Wrong! I have called and been given the run around for over three months, sent numerous emails, but I am still nearly £800 pounds out of pocket! I'm starting to feel like the hotel is run by crooks.
I have had to give this hotel 1 star to enable me to review. I should be Zero!
Avoid this hotel at all costs!
