We stayed here for 6 nights from the 14th of January and had a really good experience here, the staff are helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was to much trouble for them, the rooms are good, the free wireless internet works well and we spent many hours around the pool, the hotel is on a side street off the main road so it is very quite.
A good range of breakfast choices, though our first morning was a bit like fawlty towers:) but that is what makes travelling fun, and as my wife pointed out, their english is a lot better than our none existent cambodian. We had one evening meal in their restaurant which was great value.
The free shuttle bus in the evening was a bonus and the tuc tuc driver they provided was good too.
We walked into town a few times, takes around 25 to 40 minutes depending on the shopping.
Overall a great experience and I would recommend this hotel.

Brand new (2 years) hotel in siem reap, offering very stylish rooms, perfectly clean and a nice pool to relax after a day at the temples.

Found this hotel through Tripadvisor and contacted the hotel directly for our 3-night stay for a family of 8 (with grand parents and young children). We read through some reviews that the hotel does not have lift so we emailed to request for lower floor rooms, no problem. We were impressed that the replies were very quick. The hotel sent a van to pick us up from the airport and it's complimentary. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with drinks and cold towels (really great to beat the heat) while the hotel staff was gaving us good info about temples and Siem Reap. Our rooms were pretty large, and really clean.Breakfast was good (many choices). The pool was great with nice settings. The hotel is not right in town area but only around 5-min ride away.

Booked this hotel as part of my Indochina trip through a recommendation from a very good friend who visited the Kool hotel last year, very satisfied with the services. Good base for temples. The staff were very kind and friendly. I can't say high enough about this place. If you are looking for a mid-range, no-frills, and friendly hotel, try this place.
