Just returned from Stella, unfortunately!
It was really nice and relaxing holiday for us!
Hotel is nice and pretty clean. Rooms big enough. Just you need to work a little bit more on terrace - renew the furniture, please!
Service: not too pushy people around the pools, everybody very kind and nice, esspecially guy (I can not recall the exact name, but think it is Elhamad or Elmehmed) from the mail restourant, whom with you spend funny and always sunny meals. :)
Food - you can find always something for everybody, but the lines are too long, always missing something (plates, spoons, Nutela) and must note that the choice od fruits are terrible!
Rooms - not too big, but big enough. Clean. The guys will always provide you anything you miss or need.
Location - is perfect if you like to have really relaxing and calm holiday, and do not have wish to visit the city.
Pools are nice and well situated - you have lots of fun at the main pools, and if you like you can get absolutely peace at side pool area. All the best to barman from the main pool bar (who came from Sharm el Shaik this year), he is a great guy. Smilling the whole day, very polite and making great coctails! The only trouble at pools are NOT ENOUGH SUN BADS! If you like to be at the pools, better get up at 6-6:30 in the morning!
Animation - the first few days we had one team, which we, sincerely, did not notice at all! Then Adam and his team came, and we just looove them!! Esspecially him! He is perfect animator, who can rise the atmospfhere at any time! Please give him more freedom to entertain people, and do more live shows with more interaction of the quests!!
At the end, I think that internet is not too expensive to be free of charge? This shoud be common stuff in hotels like this, so work on it!
