We came here quite a few times whilst we were on holiday. The staff are brilliant. After one two many (need I say any more) they were great and even had a laugh about it when I returned the next day tail between my legs to apologise. We watched the football and the F1 here and the atmosphere was very lively. The karaoke was fun (I even meowed my way through Paradise By The Dashboard Light ) and still got a round of applause. They also do choose a song where you basically go up and see Jack in the DJ Booth and he will play any song you ask him to.
The food is very nice and very large ( I suggest you skip afternoon snacks if you are going here for dinner). I ate there on two occasions and had the jacket potato and the sausage and mash. It really was very tasty and fresh. They do candlelight dinners here as well and even though we missed it I wish I had done it. If you want to ride a camel there are plenty of them ouside this pub but be careful, we paid £30 for a 3 minute ride so try and haggle the price before you get on and bear in mind that the camels and the camel owners have absolutely nothing to do with the pub itself.
I'm so sorry but I have forgotten your name (blonde spiky hair working behind the bar) I miss you already, thank you for for being understanding after my less than ladylike episode and for giving me a bucket along with my vodka and redbull when I came in to apologise the next day. You are a star :)
