What an amazing place! Ill say it again What an amazing place! It took a long time of reading on trip advisor to decide to go to the Lido and we are so happy we made the right choice! I can categorically say that the Lido is the Sharms best kept secret!

Firstly none of the other hotels can touch the Lido with respect to location and views. Quite simply its the only hotel actually on the beach and it offers views to die for! (see our snaps!) With red hot temperatures the pool on the roof and the jetty out to the sea offer a great place with good breeze.

The private beach has its own reefs and you only have to go waist deep to find literally thousands of fish including Nemos lol! We loved the service from the staff and they wait on you hand and foot (small tips needed) they get to know you by name and you really feel like its a personal service (towel art on beds was great!)

IF you are going to go to Naama Bay and are struggling to choose a hotel you will be disapointed when you get to Sharm if you have not chosen the Lido, honestly im not a sales man but if its Naama Bay your looking for you seriously must use the Lido. Every one we met was gutted when they saw our hotels location and we told them what was on offer! The locals we spoke to all said that the Lido was the definitley the best hotel and the amount of 5 ratings on the reviews show why!

This hotel is boutique, quality, and personal it is the perfect couples location im 21 and my partners 24, we met many other couples and everyone had a fantastic time. I would not recommend this hotel for families or kids.

Couple of negatives which did not detract from the hol, slight lack of storage in the rooms, one side of the hotel you can hear slightly the music at night. Any questions message me I would be happy to give you an honest answer on our experiences.

We will def be going back next year, and would like thank the staff especially Salama at the top pool! Sammi from California now in Dubai I know you will probably read this if so drop me your email we didnt get the chance to exchange.

Just back yesterday fro Iberotel Lido (was Jaz Lido) absolutely fabbo I cant rate this place enough and we will go back and I never say that! heres a few points!!

Location is fab 5 mins walk No cabs -right to heart of Naama bay- so we fell in pissed every night!
Pool is great its rooftop so you get a breeze and you need it as its that hot there- its not rained in 10 years!
Air con is fab you get great sleeps and the bed and pillows we wanted to bring home!
Service is fab - I called room service every night asking for glasses and ice buckets so we could sit round the hotel bar after it shut at 12am and drink our own drinks with the sea view.
Changed towels every day you dont need to take them and they clean room every day it was great they cannot do enough 4 u - also dont need pool towels you get these every day fresh.
The pool bar is great and Salama is a great host we wil miss it there!
We never really moved from hotel which is a first it was that good there- the hotel is like a cruise ship 3 floors.
There is the beach just down the bottom steps and this is the only hotel in sharm directly on the beach - the next level is the 'on deck resteraunt 'this is candlelit and you sit on deck to dine whilst the fish are swimming below you - If you wanna propose DO IT HERE!!! My fiance wishes he had.Book to get a great seat near the water- ppl come from al over to dine here!
The hotel bar is next level and open til 12am- has wide scren Tvs and football on all the time ( i hated this my fiance loved it)
The Dolphin resteraunt is next level and this is for the the all inclusive- we stayed BnB and the AI looked ok but we liked getting out for meals.
The pool bar is rootop, the pool is a great size and the views are amazing you can see all over naama bay- food here is great especially the chicken curry and pizza....mmmm
Room service 24 7 was fab
Snorkling is fab here about 250 different fish and corals I have never seen anything like it and plenty come here to dive and night swim/dive.
Reccommend the boat trip our mates went on this its about 17 pound each book down the town at Ocean Something? not with REPS
Places to eat try - tandori resteraunt nr the pomadora dont get madras it was far too hot but tikka was fit!!
Dragonera chinese best place ever! near the hardrock on same road -we went there 5 times!
TGI Fridays was pricey but ok, there is Maccys and KFC but mexican was meant to be nice as was pomodora.
Take tummy remedies I was ok but plenty were not and they spent 20 pound on stuff there.
Plenty of suncream its sooooo hot -well over 100
Tips take dollors its cheaper than tiping in egyptian pounds
The tax free duty freeshop is nr hardrock you have 48hrs once arrived to go there- take passports and buy stuff - do it as there are not a lot of places to get stuff .I could not get southern comfort anywhere and it was at the airport duty free - gutted!!
Fags and alcohol are cheap in shops but drinks here are about 4.50-fiver each so drink before you go out get ice sent to your room. Best supermarket is past maccys turn right.
Plenty of films in your room for free on sat Tv better than sky - for when you are chiling
They also make mad stuf from towels- we came in to find a person on our bed dressed up but it was towels -so they have great sense of humour.
This is muslim country so there is no pork at all and no topless bathing but there are always those who do.
Ask for room not on top floor - although they are right near the pool they are not as big as our room - 113 which had huge balcony and sea view
Hope this helps all the ppl we met there said they will return and they made this hol fab so hi to Pat John Keith and Sue x

I stayed at this hotel from 3rd june to 9th june. Overall, i think their service is good, the room is clean and it is nice to have a little balcony to relax yourself while enjoying the beautiful sea or just listening to the love songs played by the centre bar at night. If I were to go back Naama Bay , definitely would like to stay here again.

“So so”

me and my boyfriend stayed here the 1st 2 weeks in may and i must say this wasnt the best. (hotel very good choice) the thing is people have spoken about this been the up and comming place "get yourself there they say" but having been to many locations around the world this isnt that great , but isnt that bad either. the hotel is right on the beach very good location and im sure i picked the best hotel in sharm. okay there is bigger hotels but this dont mean better. Your room was cleaned to a high standard and towels fresh twice daily, and the staff was great (speaking to other tourists it didint seem they got this service) The thing about this place is, the food is cheap, beer a bit more expensive than back home, wine double the cost back home, and spirits three times as much. there isnt any atmosphire most of all just a very nuetral place.

“Going Back!!”

Iberotel Lido

We stayed at the Lido for a week in May and wished we had booked a fortnight. Absolutely loved it, the snorkelling is amazing, the fish seem almost tame!!
The staff are so friendly and helpful, the hotel is kept spotlessly clean as are the rooms.
Naama Bay is just a couple of minutes walk away and is very hustle and bustle - I was a bit worried as people have said that you get hassled by the shop keepers but it was fine, they are just cheeky chappies and don't take offence when you say "no thank you".
We have been to many places over the years and have never been back to the same hotel until now. Loved it so much we are going back in October - for 2 weeks this time! Can't wait.
