I spent only two nights here and loved it. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. The buffet breakfast was fresh, well stocked, and well staffed. The rooms were a little old fashion, but they were large and it didn't matter much since we spent most of our time at the beach or the pool. I would definitely return.

“Superb Location & Beach”

Hilton Sharm El Sheikh Fayrouz Resort

This was a fabulous place to visit.. Everyone we came across from gardeners, room attendants, bar staff, reception etc etc were warm, friendly and very willing. The hotel beach is by far the biggest & best on Naama Bay with loads of shaded beds- 1 tip here is 2 quickly establish a beach guy (they wear red&white striped tops) who will look after you- tip him a decent amount on the 1st day - we gave him 50 Egyptian pounds (£5) & had a superb spot every day- so no need to rush down by 8.00AM!! Superb snorkelling literally within 3 or 4 paces from the shoreline- beautiful fish, amazing. We just were astounded!!Rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, loads of toiletries and 2 towel changes a day if u want. Beds changed daily & was such fun to come back to the room daily & wonder what the bed would look like (see pics). Food was great, loads of choice, freshly barbecued meat every night, loads of salads, really fresh & clean. the only thing to be really careful of is the money which is FILTHY!! take some antibacterial hand wash (the stuff they use in hospitals) and give yr hands a good rub with it after handling any money. We had a slight tummy upset which was almost def the money as towards the end of the week, our discipline lapsed with regards to hand cleaning!! Make sure you drink LOADS of water - the heat is very dry & u really will not realise yr dehydrated until it is too late..some great bars & shisha cafes literally 5 mins walk away. The main street in Naama Bay is considerably more attractive & feels more real than the more british areas round the corner where there are KFC's, TGI's etc. We did pop into hard rock cafe but it just felt like we were anywhere in the uk- bit pointless & vv expensive to drink there. All in all a fab hotel, superb location. Nothing negative whatsover, will def be going back next year!!

“Recomend this hotel to everyone.”

Most of this review is a repeat of the other reviews.Stayed 1st -15th May
We asked for and were given an upper room overlooking the pool at rear of property,Large clean(spotless) rooms with very large balony. The garden rooms also looked great, one of the nicest gardens we`ve ever seen in a hotel.
The staff were great, very friendly, and always seemed happy even when not dealing with customers.
The beach area was busy, however I`m always awake at 7 o clock, so never had a problem with the sunbeds.
The snorkelling was great off the reef in front of the Hilton, it was even better off the reef at the Sofitel, however the Glass bottom boats started to come in about 9 O clock.
If you like waterparks there is free admission for Hilton guests to the Cleo waterpark behind the Hilton Dreams. About 15 mins walk from the Fayrouz.Great for the kids.
Cheapest beer ever in a hotel, at the pirates bar at happy hours 6 to 9. (60p-90p).cheaper than the supermarket. If you have an invite to the welcome party, go nice cocktails and reasonable wine.I was planning to take a box of wine with me, however Bristol airport didn`t stock it.The duty free wine was £7 a bottle, so didn`t bother. Bought some bottles in Sharm town duty free (£7 a bottle, chilean merlot.).

“5 star staff”

Hilton Sharm El Sheikh Fayrouz Resort

We booked this hotel independently through the Hilton site, (B&B) arranging transport from the airport to the hotel at a cost of 120 Egyptian pounds. Although this is expensive, in comparison to a taxi, it was worth it to us -not having to worry / barter for a taxi on arrival. .
It was our first time to Egypt so cannot compare it to other hotels in the area. One of the lasting memories I will have about the hotel itself was the quality of the staff. Without exception they were friendly, helpful and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring guests had a good time. The hotel ticked the boxes for the 3 things which are important to us – comfy bed, good sized towels and a hot water shower at any time of day. The room was reasonable size, very clean, lots of storage space. The main negative was that there were not enough shades for everyone on the beach and you had to get there early / tip the guys to save one for you.
The location in Naama Bay is great; it’s in a quiet area, with a good sized beach but is only a short pedestrianised walk from Naama Centre. The gardens are very nice and well maintained.
Food -Breakfast is great – fresh and lots of choice, good coffee. We ate at the Italian beach restaurant twice –on our first night we tried an evening meal which was ok and once at lunch and found it great for a snack/ light meal, but generally we found better places to eat in Naama Bay.
One of things we were unsure about was the quality of the snorkelling at the hotel beach, in fact we found that we saw as many types of fish here as we did at Raz Mohammed / El Fanar, however the quality of the coral is not as good. Having said that it was still better than any we have seen in other parts of the Caribbean, Mexico or Belize. Because you can snorkel from the beach it is ideal for little ones or those not as confident in the water. The best corals are on the sea side of the reef. The hotel diving club is Sinai Dive Club (not to be confused with Sinai Divers.) DH completed his open water with them and had a great time. One to one instruction, maybe he was just lucky? Of the 4 dives needed to complete - all were from the shore, two in Naama Bay itself and two at Sharks Bay. The highlight was swimming with a huge Eagle Ray on his final dive.

“Lovely stay”

Hilton Sharm El Sheikh Fayrouz Resort

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Fayrouz at the end of April. We booked on the Hilton website and took advantage of the "stay 6 nights get a 7th free" offer. from Hilton for stays in Egypt (There was a bit of confusion and mis-advice from Hilton customer services as I kept being quoted online for 7 x the nightly rate, not 6 - it turns out the nightly rate already included the discount - but Hilton kindly upgraded my Hilton Honors to silver for my efforts!)

We emailed the hotel before arriving and had a driver waiting for us at the airport (£12). Check-in was as described by others, with refreshing drinks and cold towels. We had a Queen plus room next to the main pool. We were a little disappointed as the area was quite stark and not as nice as in the garden area, but this is where these rooms are, and it was more than comfortable and convenient for an early swim. The room was fine - a bit dated but clean, with the added touch of the famed bed decorations!

Throughout our stay, the service was impeccable - every single member of staff was friendly and attentive. When we mentioned a problem we'd had with a couple of concession-holders at the hotel, a senior manager overheard and insisted on personally accompanying me to sort things out. We were allowed to stay in our room till 3 on the day of departure.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful, full of well-tended lawns and flowers. The beach area is huge and again clean and well-tended. Shades are nicely spaced, but because the beach is also used by the sister Hilton Waterfalls, the shades all get reserved by about 8:30 - generous tips didn't seem to give us any advantage there. But once there the beach is beautiful and the swimming and snorkelling an absolute delight. Fish of every size and colour swimming round you. We did go on a boat trip to Tiran, but to be honest, the fish near the hotel were just as good, if not better.

We ate at the beach pizza / grill - fab pizzas for a fiver, Pirate's Bar - good pub grub and cheap beer, beach bar - great snacks, and the main buffet restaurant - plenty of choice, although unexciting. Breakfasts were wonderful. There are loads of restaurants within a short walk along the promenade with a great choice of eating styles.

Overall we had a lovely time at the Hilton Fayrouz, which lived up to all the other reviews on here, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
