Terrible food and service !
food: poor and every day the same
service: lazy, chicky, uncompetent, SLOW !
room: not so bad but a lot of broken equipment, every day was somethink broken: AC, telephon, room-save, key-card, badroom etc. we had to change the room once.
beach: ok : broad, sand, but no housereef.
pool: big and nice
activities: we enjoyed beachball , aquagym and waterball, fitnes room is also ok.

Awful food. Mass food in big self service restaurant. Had better food at hospital. There are no restaurants for alternative unless you get taxi to Sharm (30 mins)

Rooms were great, clean and very freindly staff. All staff are freindly but no one can speak english apart from the manager who is not helpful.

Pool area is ok but busy. Full of russians and eatern europeans who were quite rude.

Beach is like very fine gravel rather than sand.

Kiting - absolutely awesome. 18 -25 knots every morning 6 out of 7 days. Great flat water spot. Really freindly guys at kite school

the location ,staff and landscaping are amazing , food is real rubbish and smelling bad specially salad corner dirty counter the pasta they serving very bad , The lonely description to this place is NO HYGIENE , staff very friendly but always
Irritated , annoyed do not know the serious word but some thing bothering them , reception guys are very rude and stupid ..
The general manager of this hotel busy running after the young blond ladies doesn’t feel enough ! the state is beautiful but the bad elements every where , fly and bugs all time and our room lasted dirty and untidy for 2 days . the hotel always dark and dusty , perfume , oil , cotton and candy shops friendly and funny , fix up the system to have the success . I was shocked that regency is 5 stars hotel .

Just returned from Egypt and the holiday was great but, we had real big trouble getting a sunbed, only two other english couples there the rest were very rude and arrogant Polish. The drinks are always warm and when its 39degrees at 11.45 at night you need a cold drink. one pool bar which was queues all day. nowhere had cold water only THE MAIN restaurant (but you have to insist.) animation team could try a bit harder, and really too hot at times. evening entertainment is a bit sparse. Apart from that, the waiters, bar staff, reception staff, are out of this world, food brilliant loads of choices every day, fantastic beach bar, wicked burgers there,. and the restaurant is the best place for a really cold beer. ice is available but you have to ask. Rooms spacious and good air con, room service is a bit slow,but the cleaners are lovely and really helpful. make sure you tip every one at beginning and they will bend over backwards to help.Beach absolutely fab.
