Reaching here was a bit (just a bit) challenging. We ended up driving a few tens of kilometers etc., and certainly the direction guidance could have been better. But once inside the fort, the place had us enchanted. Check-in was effortless -- we did not have to be at the reception even once. Staff was attentive and eager to help though not professionally trained (maybe a good thing!). Pretty much family (husband and wife) run with the lady frequently heard yelling at the staff, but then great food and impeccable cleanliness.
The suite was large, looked comfortable and had a nice view of the village downhill. What wasn't comfortable were the mattresses (two put together to make the 'double bed', with differing spring types) and the noisy air-conditioner.
Breakfast at patio included one (that is, one a person) pancake without maple syrup. Still tasty. And what a beautiful view -- the evening tea there was truly amazing experience.
