I had noticed this large hotel on a number of vists to Cirebon and finally decided to stay there on my last visit.Sadly, it is much more appealing froma distance than it is up close.

The lobby seemed rather dated and when we arrived it was dark. We were a little nervous about how the rooms would be after this first impression but, ours at least, was nice. It is newly renovated and has all the usual facilites. It was fairly overpriced however.

The pool area was unattended and we had to go into the reception desk to get towels. The pool also had a fair amount of algae in it.

The buffet breakfast that was included in out rate was one of the worst I have had in a star rated hotel in Indonesia. The feature dish was fried rice with kidney followed by stale bread that was too thick to fit into the toaster.

All in all, this hotel would make a poor choice for any traveller.
