We stayed here for a week in mid-February 2008. Booking was made on the Accor Website.

After an uncomfortable train journey from Surabaya, we were hoping for a good night's sleep and certainly weren't disappointed when we arrived at this hotel....Definitely one of those rare hotels where you instantly think "this is nice".

Had a brief problem with check-in, where the member of staff quoted me a higher room rate than on my booking, but quickly corrected it when I showed my confirmation email.

When we entered our room (409) we were instantly pleased with the excellent room that we received. Spotlessly clean, spacious,tastefully decorated with a wooden laminate floor and a large comfy bed.

The bathroom was clean and well-maintained with a powerful shower. Our room had an excellent pool-view. The pool itself was lovely & warm, perfectly clean, if somewhat square and boring!

Breakfast in this hotel was a large selection, and kept nice and warm. Room service food was excellent. Guest comfort is obviously paramount here, as all public areas are spotless, and during our stay we even saw painters paining already spotless walls!

Wireless internet is available throughout the hotel for a low charge of 50,000 rupiah per day. The business centre was very helpful, and even arranged a free airport transfer for us when we checked out.

A very pleasant place to stay
