I stayed in this hotel with 2 of my buddies for a weekend. We booked it through a travel agent at the airport. We chose this because it was practically on the beach. The room was a delux triple room. The beds very nice and comfy. The staff was nice and friendly. It had a superb swimming pool. The included breakfast was great. There was a huge selection of dishes. The only downside is that it's a bit expensive. But enjoyed it thoroughly.

Stayed for 7 nights. Good location, pool and great hotel fitness centre but hotel let down in a number of key areas.

Rooms disappointing with the most uncomfortable beds of any hotel I have stayed with the addition of badly torn sheets placed on the bed. Not good enough! Rooms airconditioning noisy, minibar range very poor. Tired decor and average bathroom.

Hotel food only average, room service and restaurant dinner OK but breakfast quality in restaurant is below average with bad service.

Hotel Spa expensive for what you get, you can find better treatments for the money outside the hotel.

Alot of building noise nearby at the moment which is not the hotels fault, but makes the rooms noisy if staying near the hotel main entrance, ask for a room away from this area.

Stayed in many hotels in Phuket, you can do much better than Graceland if you look elsewhere.

I was here with my wife for our honeymoon in early April 2007. It was during the Songkran festival and this place was lively. Had a wonderful 3 days stay at this wonderful resort/hotel. Why? Here's why; no fuss, friendly & helpful staff, breakfast with tonnes of choices, magnificient swimming pool - massive and they are located on two levels! there is also a bowling alley!, and the room is nice.. clean sheets, new fluffy pillows.. there is a free shuttle bus to the city.. and location is great too, not too close the busy shopping/entertainment districts (just a few minutes walk tho).. and the beach is just in front of you.. In a nutshell, no complaints and i recommend this place highly.

The Graceland Resort has an excellent position just across the road from the beach. Although a reasonable walking distance into Patong it is far enough away from the center to be quieter. You can also walk through to rat-U-Thit road area easily.
Be sure to have a room facing the central area / pool area. Service was excellent and rooms well equiped. Like most hotels of this standard tax and service was added to everything.
Lovely pool are and pleased they managed to retain a nice grass area. We did not eat in the restaurant as so many other restaurants are nearby.
Overall a pleasant experience and ideal for those looking for a quality hotel yet within easy distance to the nightlife and entertainment of Patong and also close to the beach.
