Ths hotel was very large which in my opinion made it very impersonal. You hardly ever saw the same person twice when you were walking around the hotel. Having said that everything was kept beautifully clean inside the hotel. The lighting in all areas of the hotel was a bit of a nightmare, infact the brightest light in the whole place was actually in the wardrobe!!!
Food was always very nice and plenty of choice, but service was poor unless you were involved in one of the conferences. We constantly had to chase down to reception at the end of the day because our minibar hadn't been replenished and our tea and coffee not restocked.
Found it a little off putting that anyone just seemed to be able to walk in and out of the hotel at any time, quite a few odd people walking about and obviously smuggling their meals into their bags!! The entertainment was a little poor and half the time was in every language except for English.
Not sure that I would return to this hotel if I am being totally honest.
