A lovely well set out hotel in beautiful grounds which are a credit to the gardeners. Apparently there were only about 20 English people at the hotel during our stay which made a pleasant change, most of the guests were German, Russian or Turkish. The rooms are a good size and the bathroom area is spacious both of which are cleaned to a high standard. The large pool is divided into three sections: shallow 1.25m, deep 1.90m and a watersports area. In addition, there is a kids pool. There are plenty of sunbeds and shades (you don't need to get up at dawn to reserve one). There is also an area of shaded sunbeds on the beach although the sand is very coarse and pebbly, the approach to the sea is somewhat uncomfortable. However, if you would like to go in the sea there is a pier from which you can avoid walking on the pebbles. All meals are buffet style with a large variety some of which is freshly cooked while you wait. The food is flavoursome and well cooked, despite previous reviews I did not encounter any problems with other nationalities queuing. There is also a variety of drinks available in the restaurant area and at the pool bar, also cocktails can be requested. Daytime and evening entertainment was pretty good considering the multinational feel of the hotel. The staff (especially the bar staff) were very friendly and efficient. They made an effort to chat to us and some spoke pretty good english, we were also introduced to the manager who was friendly and approachable.
