The hotel has excellent food - an enormous buffet breakfast and dinner with lots of local specialities. The rooms are quiet and have everything you need though look out for the lethal step into the bathroom!. Although it claims to be five star, I would only give it three. The restaurant staff are badly trained and reach across you to collect used plates and cutlery, forget drinks orders and make you move out of the way as they wheel trolleys round the dining room.

But the real problem are the 'add on' prices. Drinks are very expensive and if you want to swim in the indoor pool you pay 25 dollars, which ensures the pool is empty.

standart 4* hotel with a moderate price value. rooms need to be renovated, but if you stay in Cappadocia for 1 night (as many travellers do) it's not so important. very good breakfast and pleasant staff

I should have stayed there with 4 friends the night of march 29. On March 28 I asked the lobby about availability for the following night, they told us they had rooms available but NOT at the price I had just checked of Venere (an impolite girl at the reception was almost laughing). We went straight back to the internet cafe and made the reservation by credit card, getting "Immediate confirmation" at the low rate. The following day they refused to give us the rooms, with the excuse that they had not received the reservation, even if we had the printed confirmation by Venere.
The same girl at reception had still worse manners. I asked to speak with the front desk director. After a long discussion and checks, we were sent to another Dinler hotel in Nevsehir, at 20 km distance. They told us it was the same standard (****) but that was FALSE. On an european standars that Dinler could hardly be classified as a two star hotel. The bathroom was in very poor state (broken and dirty sanitary, see pics) and the overall aspect was of an old, not well mantained building. The worst quality/price ratio of our 12 day stay in Turkey! The customers were all turkish men, presumably on bussiness trip.

Conclusion: beware of Dinler hotel chain! I will never go back to any of their hotels.
