Wow, this is one of the best experiences ever! we booked with Sky sports because they are very professional, have the insurance and the pilot's are qualified.
Yes they are a bit more expensive compared to other companies in the resort but i'd rather pay more to be in safe hands than take a chance to save a few pounds.
I was nervous as I have never done an extreme sport before and also didnt know what to expect apart from knowing 6550 ft is very high up.
However when an 81 year old lady is on the same jeep ready to jump too any nerves I had went.
Family and friends can go to the local office to watch you jump from a live web cam at the top of the mountain and staff there are in contact with the pilot's so they know when you are going to land.
You can also purchase photo's and dvd's of the experience but are welcome to take your own camera.
I would recommend this to anyone, it was fantastic, the views are amazing and do try the spin, they will ask you if you want to or not, its your choice the only down side is you finish your flight quicker.

A bit expensive, but a very professional outfit. It was my wife and her son that took part, so this is a third party review based on their experience (my wife is keyboard shy). The trip up to the launch site was an adventure in itself, especially the upper launch site, but no problem, and if you're going to jump off a mountain then getting up there is going to be interesting whatever. Both had a good flight with the same pilot, and the pilot took heed of their requirements in both cases - the boy wanting the sky adventure, my wife the scenic flight. The adventure flight is shorter as height is quickly lost when doing the acrobatics, and my wife had a longer journey, lasting about 45 minutes. She got up to about 10,000 feet as the thermals were good - the launch site is at about 6,000 feet. Both landings were very gentle and inch perfect. The ground staff were excellent and very friendly, especially the lady that manages the centre who seemed to know all there was to know about the business of paragliding. If you can afford it, do it! I will, next time we're there... ;-)

Sky sports offers a wide range of adventurous days out.. The paragliding was a fantastic experience and one I will never forget, especially as I had no intention of doing it. (Too scared!!). Michael and his team of pilots are a very professional crew and all speak good English. You do pay a few ickies more than the touts on the street but the service you receive and peace of mind is worth every penny.

Six of our group decided,with a bit of prompting, to paraglide.We had seen the gliders coming from the mountain range and decided to have a go. SKYSPORTS were recommended to us by a friend who used to work in the village, they may be a little expensive but their insurance is better...also the piolts are all english speaking...which helps....We were all paragliding virgins and the team looked after us all.The sunset views were tremendous..as was the experience.The trip up the mountain in the jeep was scarier than the jump off the mountain...but well worth it...to sum it all up the can of beer when we all landed went down a treat....Thanx to all the team Rose
