Good hotel, fair food costs if you like burgers or club sandwiches, drinks expensive. Dont use the hotel taxis into town (too far to walk too) go out onto the road and flag down a local taxi, should be around kzt300 for trip into town rather than kzt1500 for hotel taxi. Ask for non smoking room facing mountains, as this is best view and quieter than front of hotel. Not much else to do in hotel, a few fitness machines and sauna, but thats it. TV, lets call it hit-n-miss... take some DVDs and a laptop. High point is the internet, costs a few pounds, good connection, but lacks time of connection, and can be a finickity to re-connect without being at the front desk.
