We spent 2 days and one night with some friends at Desert Nights Camp in Wahiba Sands. The overall experience was fantastic!... It's a little bit more expensive than other camps but you will have a real room with real walls (not a tent made of fabric) with your own private bathroom and A/C. The accommodation is also luxurious, like a 5 stars hotel in the middle of nowhere. Our package also included dinner and breakfast. Both were OK... not excellent but not bad at all. It was a buffet with typical food from the region and even some spicy (like Indian) food. I don't recommend the lunch... it's expensive and the portions are not very big.
I recommend any traveler to go and spend there at least one night, do some dune bashing, sand boarding, camel ride, etc!
