We have stayed at the Aurora Inn a few years ago and had a very nice time. That was in the summer with a lake view room. We got on the mailing list for the Inn and received a notice of discounted rates for a short winter period so decided to take a day around the lake and stay over. There were no lake views available to so we had a village view. Since it was pretty cold, we couldn't sit outside anyways. The room was clean, nice and comfortable, although my husband thought the pillows were too soft. Relaxing with wine in front of the fireplace was a good ending to a nice trip. Dinner at Fargo is another review :-) The room comes with breakfast for two in the morning. The break fast was good, coffee was good and we enjoyed the view of the lake from the dining room. The only down point was that we asked for the luggage cart on the way back up to our room and it never got delivered. After waiting about 45 minutes, we carried our items down and out the front door with no one at the front desk at all.
