Stayed here for a week on business trip. Front desk was helpful with getting our group of 9 taxis every day to go where we needed to be for our meetings. I never once had breakfast in the hotel because it was so expensive. Breakfast buffet was $50 USD! WAY too expensive, I thought i was doing my conversions wrong, but it really was $50. There are 3 coffee shops that are all less than 5 min. walking distance away, so I went to those each morning. They charge extra for internet each day, but my room was right above the lobby, so I could get the free wifi from the lobby. The room itself was fine, kind of dark. Otherwise, relatively spacious, the bathrooms were fancy, with heated floors. Overall would recommend coming here. The "gym" area consists of three exercise machines: 1 bike, 1 elliptical, and 1 treadmill. That's it. The sauna area looks super fancy, but I never used it.
Red square is just over 10 mins walking distance from the hotel, so we went a few times. There is an ATM in the lobby which converts money for you. You can put in foreign bills, and it'll exchange to RUB for you, and the rate was better than the exchange rate I got with my bank in the US. So I definitely would recommend foreign travelers use that machine.
