“Best Location but bad service”

Hotel is located in a very good location directly behind the prophet Mosque.
the reception team was so rude and not ready for customer ( always inside there room) not on the check in desk.
The room was with so old furniture and torn. the Breakfast was with limitted food type
The price is so expensive in comapraison with the room and service.
For people that need a near the Mosque it's a very good hotel but they must be ready to the bad service

Very near to Masjid e nabwi.Friendly staff. breakfast ok. charges off season affordable. we'll stay there again and again. rooms are small.

I went with my family & kids for Umrah .The hotel was really nice & lovely.
The hotel is just opposite to Masjid Nabwi (Prophet's Mosque (P.B.U.H) ) maximum 1 min of walk . The rooms are quite spacious & the service was also Nice.But the bad thing was the breakfast was not up to the standards of a 5 star Hotel for breakfast i will rate this hotel a 3 Star hotel for B.fast.

Very good hotel, 1-minute from Masjid-e-Nabvi and most of whatever shopping/eating and praying there is in Madinah! While this hotel is not linked to any mall underground, it is right next door to various places that are. Had a great breakfast buffet and even though was full, waiting for the lifts was not that bad. Service was okay, and we had to wait for a room for an hour.
