Staff were friendly enough and attended to my needs, upgraded us for free since they were only 40% full due to recent floods, brought ice to my room for drinks.
Room was clean, strange see thru doors on toilet and shower. I do not recommend a joom with aquarium because they have no windows.
VERY loud hip hop music started up in dining room, directly below my room, at 6.45AM! When I complained they turned it down, but the same thing happened the next morning.
Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from downtown Malate.
Selection of food and drinks is poor. Hotel is part of the Manila aquarium complex, which is rather shabby.
