Stayed here for 5 days during my sisters wedding. Great 5 star hotel, good service, staff spoke english. Rooms were very comfortable if a little on the small side. We were in a double room with an extra foldout bed for 3rd person, so not much space. My parents were in a suite on the other side of the hotel and this was incredibly spacious with large bathroom, study table area, tea coffee making facilities and room for 3 fold out beds if needed!

Prices were expensive, but you get that in 5 star hotels. Excellent gym, pool, sauna, steam. Very big and spacious, clean and attentive staff. Hotel located in great area, close to shopping mall, street shops and nice restaurants. Conceirge very helpful with directions and taxi to where ever we wanted to go.

Excellent buffet breakfast with european and turkish style options. Room service also a wide selection on the menu. All in all a great stay, would recommend and stay again.

I stayed at the Sheraton Ankara for four nights in early April. I was there for my wedding which was held at a separate location. I had some 15 guests also stay at the Sheraton.

The rooms were excellent, clean and well appointed. Room service snacks were fresh and delicious and the breakfast buffet was huge with excellent options. The lounge bar area was also nice, albeit expensive which is to be expected in large hotels like this; 52 Turkish Lira for a double Baileys !

The location was excellent with Karum shopping mall within footsteps and an array of shops, restuarants and bars in close walking distance. There are some lovely small shops within the hotel too and at the time there was an art exhibition.

The hotel staff were friendly and dealt with all requests happily. One thing was that there did not seem to be enough people on the reception desk so check-in and check-out took longer that it needed to.

I contacted the hotel directly and in advance and obtained a rate of 115 euros per night not inc. tax or breakfast for a triple room. This rate also applied to others in my group for double rooms. The rate was reduced given the large amount of rooms I booked. The reservations staff were helpful and prompt with answering questions and responding to emails.

All in all, I was very satisfied with this hotel and would recomend it without doubt to people heading to Ankara and wanting to be in a good location with excellent surroundings.

Stayed 1 night for a business trip, and found the hotel as near perfect as one could be for a business trip. Extremely modern and well kept. Everything was supremely clean and service was very professional.
Was given a great suite, with a lovely view on the city (made waking up at 6AM much easier with a beautiful sunshine on the horizon).
Couldn't find a single fault with this hotel, and will be back when be in Turkey.

This is a good hotel. I have stayed here 3 or 4 times, normally for 1-2 weeks at a time.

In summer Ankara gets quite hot, and the pool scene is pretty good. The gym is OK but the machines were a little dated at my last stay.

Food is OK and the rooms are vey nice. The hotel is circular which puts a nice twist on the room designs.

There is a bar in the lobby which carries off a middle eastern flavour.

There is a mall next to the hotel which can be useful for any shopping items you need.
