First visit to the winery itself was a breathtaking experience, being from the deserts of Southern Nevada, the lush greenry as well as the ambiance of the winery set the tone for the wine tasting that followed. Enjoyed mostly the 2001 chardonnay, enough so to purchase 5 bottles to take home with us. In a matter of weeks, we ordered two cases of the 2001, enjoying it on those rare but fun filled occasions with special friends. Paired with a nice Harvati and sweet apples, this wine makes for an interesting combination, reminding us of the friendly smiles we so loved from the people there at the well hidden Paschal Winery. If you get a chance to go there, its a bit off the beaten path in Talent, Oregon, but well worth the visit.
