This was the worst experience at any hotel I have ever been at. I strongly recommend if you value your safety do not stay here. While we staying here the whole floor I was staying in and several other rooms throughout the whole hotel were robbed using a master key (we suspect it is an inside job). There is absolutely no security at all for the entire complex, and it is very dark and not well lit. The robbers were casing the place for several days and no one noticed because there aren’t any security gate, guard or any security features (not even for their employees). This was a terrifying experience….

For those who are looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable stay away from home, I highly recommend the Homewood Suites. My friends and I booked this place after a night at the Comfort Suites which situate right behind the Homewood Suites. Despite the 30 dollar differences, this hotel is well worth the price. The room was clean, spacious, fresh smelling and comfortable. In addition, the breakfast was way better than average which includes hot scrambled eggs, sausage, self-made waffles, fruits, juice, and assortments of bread, muffins and bagels. Give it a try if you are staying in North Texas.

This hotel is located right on Beltway, has nice comfortable full suite rooms, friendly staff, a nice breakfast. What else do you want? I found it wonderful.
